When we were there it wasn't that busy. Although we opted for the Express pass some rides only had a 10 min waiting time. Get there when it opens to avoid the crowds. It's smaller than Japan and C…Full review by Caroline K

They offer the wheelchair and someone will assist on you there but i think you need to pay there service .

Accidentally booked 5 adult tickets instead of 2 adult and 3 kids since in there app there is no option to select kids. Klook wont refund or change the booking. Can my kids (5y/o, 8 y/o and 12y/o) still use the tickets?

I agree. Ad you have overpaid I cannot see why they won’t allow you to use the tickets for your children.
